1. Acceptance of Terms

5. Virtual Currency

5.1 Nature of Virtual Coins

RushGagnantPlay uses a virtual currency system referred to as "virtual coins" or "coins" within our Games and platform. Virtual coins are a game mechanic provided by RushGagnantPlay to facilitate gameplay and enhance entertainment value. They are not real currency, do not have monetary value, and cannot under any circumstances be exchanged for real money, goods, or services.

5.2 Provision of Virtual Coins

Virtual coins are provided to users as a courtesy by RushGagnantPlay at no charge. You may receive virtual coins through welcome bonuses upon account creation, daily login bonuses, completion of in-game achievements and challenges, and other promotional activities on the platform. You do not purchase virtual coins with real money, and you will never be asked to do so.

5.3 No Monetary Value

Virtual coins have no monetary value whatsoever. They are not redeemable for real money, cannot be transferred to another person for consideration, cannot be sold, and do not constitute property with any legal value. Any attempt to sell, trade, or exchange virtual coins for real money or real goods constitutes a violation of these Terms.

5.4 Virtual Coin Balance

We reserve the right to modify, reset, or remove virtual coin balances at any time, including upon account termination, in the event of suspected cheating or exploitation, or for other operational reasons. You have no proprietary interest in your virtual coin balance.

6. Prohibited Activities

By using the Service, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

6.1 Real Money Activities

• Attempting to use the Service to conduct real money gambling of any kind
• Attempting to exchange, sell, or trade virtual coins for real money or items of monetary value
• Using or attempting to use the Service to process any financial transactions

6.2 Age Violations

• Accessing or attempting to access the Service if you are under 18 years of age
• Allowing or assisting a person under 18 to access the Service using your account or otherwise
• Providing false age information to gain access to the Service

6.3 Fraudulent and Abusive Conduct

6.4 Harmful and Disruptive Conduct

• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Posting, transmitting, or sharing content that is defamatory, obscene, illegal, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or its infrastructure
• Engaging in any activity that places an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our servers or infrastructure
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code

6.5 Other Violations

• Using the Service for any commercial purpose without our express written consent
• Collecting or harvesting data about other users without their consent
• Impersonating any person or entity, including RushGagnantPlay staff or other users
• Violating any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

• Any warranty that defects in the Service will be corrected

IN NO EVENT WILL RUSHGAGNANTPLAY'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100 USD) OR THE EQUIVALENT IN YOUR LOCAL CURRENCY. BECAUSE RUSHGAGNANTPLAY IS A FREE SERVICE WITH NO REAL MONEY TRANSACTIONS, YOUR MAXIMUM ACTUAL DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE ARE INHERENTLY LIMITED.

11. No Real Money Gambling Policy

RushGagnantPlay is a social entertainment platform, not a casino or gambling operator. We do not hold, and are not required to hold, any gambling licence. 14.3 Termination by User
